The majority of bloggers out there thrive on having minimal design on their blogs. There is a very good reason for this. Aside from the tech geeks, who just want practically nothing to disrupt the cool look of their blogs, having hardly any graphical interference on your pages means that your readers are pretty much there for the content. If it was any other way, these bloggers would not bother. Recent minimalist blog templates have been very well received. Blossoms is yet another one to add to the list.

This WordPress theme is very attractive. The colours of violet and white are totally inoffensive and relaxing to the eye. There is no sense of disruption in any aspect of the template, in other words. The two column template has a sidebar that allows for complete functionality to be integrated into the theme through the use of widgets.

As a WordPress template, there is very little here to fault. One aspect that makes it a little more intriguing is the fact that the sidebar has a shade of violet that is a little darker than that which is used in the rest of the WordPress theme. A very professional looking template.
