There are many people these days who decide that, finally, they should quit their job and work for themselves. While this is a big leap, people do it because they are sick and tired of working for their employer and also sick and very tired of working the typical corporate day.

Coincidentally, the leap from employment in the conventional sense to working at home often involves blogging. Blogging has become a source of income for many, and this leads very neatly into the WordPress Theme called Desk Mess.

This WordPress template pretty much lives up to its title. It has a mess on a desk, showing the life of a work from home person perfectly. The header is beautifully designed, depicting various home office stuff cluttered around a brown desk. It certainly gets a person’s attention due to the excellent art work involved.

The sidebar is widget compliant, and in keeping with the theme looks like some hastily written note tacked to the side of the desk. This doesn’t sound amazing on paper, but when you look at the theme itself, it is actually very effective. Many frustrated home bloggers will go for this one, due to its familiar theme.
