These sites are popular because the online content industry is huge. There are thousands of writers out there wanting to know the best way of finding paid copy work online.
In addition to this, there are also a number of websites that are springing up which offer work directly to writers. These range from job auction sites to sites which make connections between writers and clients in a more direct fashion.

The WordPress Theme Lyrics has a beautiful image that takes centre stage, which of an ink pot and quill, evoking the traditional image of a writer at work. This is a very neat looking WordPress template, in that it contains three columns, but both sidebars are positioned to the left of the main content area. This gives the template a compact feel.

The sidebars can be used to hold widgets, bits of code that work to carry valuable extra content for a blog’s readership, or just standard administration material that helps a blog to be used. This template best suits a literary blog.

They usually have very stylised and highly artistic themes from which to work from. There are only a few themes however, that are truly sophisticated in their subtlety, especially when it comes to music themes. Relief in Music does a very good job of being sleek and sophisticated, and all of this in two colours.

The two colours are orange and white. That’s it basically. However, this is all overshadowed (in a nice way) by a microphone graphic at the top left of the theme in the header area. This is a truly gorgeous graphic that really does a lot to set the tone for the whole theme. What’s more, it is so beautifully drawn that the reader cannot help but be drawn in.

This particular theme has another neat trick. As if its makers have expected it to be used for commercial reasons, there is a custom space in the middle of the header for advertising slots like Ad Sense.

The sidebar is on the right and is fully compliant with widgets. All in all, a refreshing theme, and a very commercial one.

They generally have small holdings when it comes to businesses, and if they don’t run a business, they love getting their work out on public display. The way they do this fits a blog perfectly. Having a simple and easy platform on which to display all of your work is a great relief to the artistic temperament. The artist is then left to the work they do best, which is designing their work. Having a blog theme that accommodates all of this has not always been easy. However, a new them that has come out, called See The Music, might just be what artists have been looking for.

See the Music has an absolutely incredible header. The header shows a selection of musical notes practically flying off the template in a burst of colour. This really sets the scene for the template, and makes it extraordinarily attractive for the reader.

The main content area after all of that colour is white. This is the same for the sidebar. This adds to the gentle but colourful look of the whole thing. The sidebar is on the left and is fully widget compliant. A great, artistic theme.

This theme has as its talking point a beautiful illustration of a guitar in the top left hand corner. The illustration really lifts the theme above the pack when it comes to visuals, and will certainly grab and hold the attention of anyone who reads a blog with this theme set up to run on it.

When it comes to the main content area of the theme (where all of the main text will be found) this is coloured a lightish brown colour. This is an unusual choice for a theme, but actually works very well with this one. The light brown colour is complemented by a blue background. The two colours work very well, and add to the whole, calming experience.

The sidebar is on the right hand side. This makes it very practical and accessible for bloggers, who like this kind of functionality. Page links can be found in the top right corner. The template is, of course, completely widget compliant. This allows for a lot of tinkering and tweaking, to make the template just right.

This little beauty is sleek, smooth looking, and will definitely get the attention of the casual visitor.

The whole thing is DJ orientated. This means that the client base for this particular theme covers DJs themselves, as well as young (or not so young) people who are into the dance music scene. The theme has a particular little twist that will guarantee that it grabs the attention of anyone who sees it.

The DJ at the top spins the decks. Simple, but highly effective. It really has to be seen in action to be appreciated. It is a nice touch, and lifts the theme above the ranks of similarly targeted themes.
It is a simple two column template, with a white main content area. This is a highly widget friendly theme, just make sure you enable the ones that you want in your WordPress admin area.

All titles are in black, which actually fits in very well with the DJ theme. This smooth look, and the incredibly attractive DJ effect, makes DJ WordPress one of the most arresting themes around at the moment.
